Samantha T. Fang is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Fang received an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University in 2010, where she was a John Harvard Scholar, a Detur Prize Winner and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  She received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2013, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review.  Following graduation, Ms. Fang served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Fang is admitted to practice law in New York.
