Joshua G. Hazan is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Antitrust Department.

Josh received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2009 and an M.P.P. from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy in 2014.  He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2013, where he was Order of the Coif and a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review.

Following law school, Josh served as law clerk to the Honorable Alvin K. Hellerstein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and as law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
