Education

Elizabeth A. Ingriselli is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Ingriselli received an A.B. summa cum laude in Psychology from Princeton University in 2011, where she was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received the Howard Crosby Warren Junior and Senior Prizes for highest GPA in the Psychology Department.  She received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2016, where she received the Edgar M. Cullen Prize for Best Paper by a First-Year Student and where she was Articles Editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review and Managing Editor of the Yale Law Journal.
