Drew C. Harris is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Drew received an A.B. magna cum laude from Brown University in 2011 and an M.Sc. in political theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012. He received his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2015, where he was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar, a member of the Order of the Coif, and the recipient of the John M. Olin Prize in Law and Economics. Drew also served as Articles Editor for the University of Chicago Law Review.

Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Drew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert Bacharach of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
