Caitlin A. Donovan is an associate in the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.  Her practice focuses on representing corporations and directors in complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as government investigations and enforcement matters.

Ms. Donovan graduated magna cum laude with highest honors in Classics from Harvard College, where she received the John Harvard Scholarship, Thomas Temple Hoopes Prize and Pease Prize.  Ms. Donovan completed a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as Assistant Articles Editor and Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and Co-Chair of the Academic and Firm Committees of the Harvard Women’s Law Association.  During law school, Ms. Donovan also served as a teaching fellow in the Department of Government at Harvard College and a research assistant for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation.

Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Ms. Donovan worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
