Education

Alexander M. Whatley is an associate in the Corporate Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Mr. Whatley received a B.A. with distinction in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2008, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar. He completed a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2014, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation and was Yale Chapter Director of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
